Robb Rogers

Coach Robb Rogers has been a professional strength and conditioning coach since 1980, enhancing performance for scholastic, collegiate and professional athletes as a practitioner in the public and private sectors of the fitness industry.  Robb has been a national/international lecturer since 1985, teaching and consulting with coaches around the world from the United States to China, Australia and Europe.  Published in several journals and magazines over the years, Robb is a much sought after source of practical, innovative information for fitness and rehabilitation professionals. Robb is a Master Coach with the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa).

Since 2010, Robb has consulted with the California Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission to assist with revamping training methods and in service education for all law enforcement officers in charge of PT at the states academies.  The owner of the Performance Fitness center in Colorado Springs, CO as well as, Robb is currently employed as a contractor training Special Forces for the military.
